Skilled Nursing Caregiver Opportunity
Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to our residents in the Community Springs Healthcare Facility.
This 105-bed skilled nursing facility is located in El Dorado Springs, MO.
A typical day as an RN will involve developing relationships with our residents and working collaboratively with a supportive healthcare team. As an integral member of the healthcare team, the registered nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
The Charge Nurse assigns care duties to nursing personnel based on their training and experience. The RN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. The Charge Nurse also plays a key role in facilitating resident admissions and discharges, as well as developing the resident Plan of Care.
This is a full-time, days position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, resident assessments, and treatment implementation.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident Plans of Care.
* Participate in safe and efficient resident admissions and discharges processes.
* Work closely with the Charge Nurse to assign care duties to nursing personnel based on their training and experience.
Requirements:
* Education: Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
* Skills: Patient care, critical thinking, and effective communication.
* License: Active RN licensure.
