Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Coordinator!
A typical day will include: being responsible for leading and facilitating the organizational performance improvement plan, process, and projects. Identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance patient safety, quality, and efficiency across care settings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results aligned with organizational priorities and adhering to Six Sigma and Lean principles.
This role combines the clinical acumen required for practice change and clinical care redesign with the leadership skills to influence clinical processes, systems, and outcomes. Key responsibilities include QAPI project identification and prioritization, process improvement methodology, project implementation, data analysis and reporting, change management, and regulatory compliance with performance improvement standards. Sets an example by professional attitude and behavior. Behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
The position is: Full-time, Days
- 8:00 - 4:30pm
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Skills: formal performance improvement experience and Lean/Six Sigma certifications completed or underway
- License: RN
