Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Social Worker to join the dynamic team of providers already in place providing exceptional patient care at the Parkview Geriatric Wellness Center.
A Typical Day Includes: Completing a full biopsychosocial for patients, assisting with safe D/C planning, and working with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care. This position requires excellent communication skills due to continuous interaction with the patient and their family.
This Position Is Full-time, Mon-Fri - 8am-4pm
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited institution with a BSW or similar degree field
- Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills: Patient care
- Licensure/Certification: MSW preferred but not required.
