In this role, you will:
- Provide on-site clinical support to medically complex adults with disabilities.
- Perform ongoing monitoring of the person’s medical care along with RN staff.
- Administer medication and treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best health outcomes.
LPNs Require:
- NYS Licensure/Certification
- CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge
- Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred
