Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is looking for highly motivated candidates with a passion for five-star customer service to fill a Customer Care Representative position in our La Crosse office. This is a fulltime Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) position with rotating Saturdays until noon.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to the bank’s customers and retail offices. It is essential that applicants have excellent judgment and communication skills, possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to follow policy and regulations while having the capacity to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers over the phone, researching and resolving inquiries related to account history and transactions, and providing support for debit card maintenance and disputes. In addition to customer interactions, you will help process unposted items, chargebacks, and stop pay matches each morning. You will also handle ACH and wire requests while supporting our electronic banking services, including digital banking, mobile banking, mobile deposits, and online statements.
