About This Role
This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be working closely with our branch team to create amazing experiences for our customers and connect them with our Bankers for the next step in their financial journey.
Responsibilities
- You will greet our customers in our lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
- You will create amazing experiences for our customers by looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
- You will educate customers about Citizens products and benefits.
- You will follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and state and local laws and regulations.
