- Develop and implement financial operational plans to achieve revenue growth and improve profitability. ">
- Oversee the management and expansion of our Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction. ">
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members and ensure their proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, and company operating standards. ">
- Manage multiple departments efficiently, resolve guest complaints, and drive sales growth. ">
Requirements
