Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting financial products and services, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate technology and educate customers on products and benefits.
- Create amazing experiences for customers by providing personalized advice and connecting them to Bankers.
- Help customers achieve financial goals by recommending and referring products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and process transactions efficiently.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated customer experience in recommending and referring products and services.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service.
- Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
- Able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Skills
- 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Motivates others through collaboration and teamwork.
- Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
