DescriptionFull Stack Software Engineer - GenAI PlatformsThe Enterprise Data platform team is seeking for an energetic and driven Full Stack Software Engineer II who will play a crucial role in building scalable enterprise platforms well aligned with overall technology strategy and onboarding multiple business use cases.In this role , you will develop and maintain secure and scalable platform and applications, that will support our Generative AI platforms and enhance customer experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting edge financial technologies and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.Primary responsibilities includeIn this role, you will be a key contributor in building GenAI services & systems that connect complex data ecosystems and AI / ML models to solve real-world challengesThe focus of this specific position will be GenAI platforms and capabilities including but not limited to semantic search, prompt & tooling library, workflow management & orchestration, LLM gateway, real-time / proactive response generation, etcDeveloping API-driven micro-services that combine into large and complex platformsDevelop automation, processes, and tools designed(Principal) to make our services simpler and more robustCommunication : Translate complex findings into understandable insights and present them to peers, leadership, and business stakeholdersData Engineering : Develop and maintain data pipelines that source structured and unstructured data from various locations, ensuring data availability and integrityEnsure the reliability, security, and scalability of the backend distributed systems that power all aspects of our platformOptimize the performance of AI / ML algorithms, applications, and platformsQualifications, Education, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials3 years in Python, Java or equivalent programming languages2 years on cloud providers such as Azure / GCP / AWS2 years of experience building ML services & platforms, Feature generation, feature transformationsFamilarity with AI / ML Frameworks such as Pytorch / Tensor flowBuild services using FASTAPI / Flask / Django2 years’ experience working with a wide variety of backend data systems such as snowflake streaming platform like kafka, building data pipelines ,preparing data setsExperience with DevSecOps flows leveraging technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Docker containers, Kubernetes, EKS and AKS, Datadogm Prometheus2 years of experience writing production code for both the frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).3 years of experience in IT, preferably at least 1 year in cloudBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required, along with a high technical competency to perform the needed responsibilities.Certifications by cloud providersHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week : 40Work Schedule : Monday-FridayPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $ 140,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
