Description
As the Legal Process Specialist, your responsibilities include document collection to support subpoena responses and / or interpretation and preparation of each subpoena that requires a response.
Primary responsibilities include
- Responsible for case preparation, which includes reviewing subpoenas and analyzing record requests and / or accessing Citizen's various systems to self-service documentation collection.
- In cases where self-service recording retrieval is not an option, the Legal Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring the records are collected via automated methods.
- May performs quality control checks on collections and documentation prior to final QC.
- Prepares records for final response to requestor.
- Requires strong level of familiarity with banks structure, systems, and legal terminology.
