Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for its Johnston, RI location.
Duties: Design, modify, develop and implement technology solutions, including modern, architecturally sound components, tools and applications to support our banking operations. Infuse quality of service characteristics, such as scalability, manageability and maintainability, into distributed service-based framework to create/expand business or technical capabilities. Collect requirements, creating software designs and developing efficient implementations. Administer document management platforms with proficiency in CMOD and mainframe dispatch toolset. Participate in an environment rapidly adopting Agile methodology, adhering to best practices and collaborating effectively with his teammates.
Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. Full term of experience must include: Undertake planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing responsibilities of IBM Content Manager Ondemand systems; Installation of IBM CMOD, ODWEK, IBM WEBi on Dev, UAT and Production systems and Technical support operations in high-volume, 24x7 environment, including and coordination of technical issues involving network, hardware, and operating systems (IBM AIX, UNIX, Windows 2008 R64, Windows NT/2000 Server, Windows 9x, Novell, and Apple Macintosh); Provide support for IBM DB2 Content Manager and OnDemand and IBM Websphere support, installation and administration of CM families and Web Content Manager; Develop and create new applications group, folders and application in CM ONDEMAND; Maintain documentation of Content Manger OnDemand system, network architecture; Oversee network connectivity, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting for servers, routers, remote access, storage devices, printers, and scanners; and Undertake Disaster Recovery planning and quarterly testing for CMOD.
