Sr. Treasury Relationship Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Take the lead role in all client proposals and presentations related to Treasury Solutions.
- Provide detailed cost/benefit analysis, pricing and expert level solution consultation
- Lead all client call preparation by coordinating all partners, marketing materials and strategic plan for all client engagements.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of a client’s challenges and make necessary recommendations that enable that client to achieve its objectives
- Demonstrate expert level product knowledge and provide meaningful guidance to clients
- Possess a deep and insightful view of market conditions that impact treasury management
- Ability to build and develop relationships with clients and earn the trusted advisor status
- Minimum 8 years Treasury Services sales experience.
- Expert knowledge of cash management and card solutions.
- Excellent communications skills focused on delivering impactful messaging.
- Act with integrity and honesty in accordance with our Code of Ethics
- Goal oriented, self-driven and focused on delivering results.
- Ability to identify, evaluate and minimize potential risks to the bank its customers, including fraud and other criminal acts.
- Appropriate travel expected within market coverage range
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M - F 8am to 5pm
