We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth across both influencer management and real estate operations.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager at Citrus Glen Capital, you will play a central role in supporting both our influencer management operations and real estate management efforts. You will work closely with influencers, clients, and the internal team to ensure smooth communication, contract management, and overall business support. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative assistance in our real estate management division, helping ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your role will be critical in managing client relationships, financial accuracy, and coordinating strategies for recruitment and client growth across both sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relations (Influencer & Real Estate):
• Communicate directly with influencers and clients regarding contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is signed and filed.
• Assist with managing relationships with real estate clients, including tenants, property owners, and contractors.
• Financial Tracking (Influencer & Real Estate):
• Maintain and update charts, P&Ls, and other financial documents using Excel for both influencer-related and real estate operations, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Track real estate-related expenses, payments, and revenue generation.
• Problem Solving (Influencer & Real Estate):
• Address client concerns and issues across both influencer management and real estate, acting as the first point of contact for any questions or challenges. Work with the team to find solutions.
• Team Collaboration (Influencer & Real Estate):
• Work alongside the management team to strategize recruitment efforts for influencers and monitor influencer growth and performance.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to help manage property listings, leasing activities, and other administrative tasks.
• File Organization (Influencer & Real Estate):
• Ensure that all client files, contracts, and other essential documents related to both influencer management and real estate are organized, stored securely, and easily accessible.
• Recruitment Support (Influencer):
• Assist with the recruitment process for new influencers, collaborating with the team to identify potential clients and manage outreach.
• Real Estate Support:
• Assist with coordinating property showings, preparing lease agreements, and managing communication with property owners, potential tenants, and service providers.
• Help track maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up on any property-related issues.
• Strategy Support (Influencer & Real Estate):
• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and supporting the development of influencer strategies to maximize revenue and client success.
• Assist in market research and strategic planning for the expansion and management of real estate assets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project management, client services, or a related field, preferably within the influencer marketing, entertainment, or real estate industries.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (P&L statements, charts, financial tracking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients in both influencer and real estate sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to manage individual responsibilities effectively.
• Previous experience working with digital influencers or in the entertainment industry is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with real estate operations or a willingness to learn is preferred.

Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits and potential for growth within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
