About the Role
Citrus Hills Construction is seeking a skilled architect to join our team as a Custom Homebuilding Project Lead. As a licensed architect in Florida, you will be responsible for producing plan sets for our clients and ensuring that all designs meet the required building codes.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for creating CAD drawings and overseeing the construction process.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with AutoCAD or a related program
- Licensed architect in Florida
- Knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems
