Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented service warranty clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous Kia warranty experience. This role is essential in maintaining a positive experience for our clients while supporting the overall efficiency of our services department.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, records and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors for defective parts.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.
- You will review customer claims, researching warranty terms and settling claim.
- Make sure the company complies with all warranty specifications.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Kia Warranty preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for transaction processing
