What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Team Member position at CItrus The Diner?
We are seeking reliable Dishwashers and Bus People to join our team.
Saturday and Sunday from 9am till 3pm we're crazy busy. That's when we need your help! Dependability is number 1!
Dishwashers are responsible for: - Washing all dishes, cups, glasses etc in a commercial dish machine. -Assisting our line cooks and Chef with washing pots & pans. -Carrying dishes to their correct storage areas. -Taking trash to the dumpster. -Working in cooperation with the bus person and other staff. We work as a team and help each other!
Bus persons are responsible for: -Clearing guest tables of dishes, cups, glasses then sort and bring to the dishwasher. -Clean table with sanitizer. -Keep floor swept. -Help servers restock ice and various items during shift. -Work in cooperation with the dishwasher and other staff. We work as a team and help each other!
These are the typical entry level positions into the restaurant industry. If you are interested to learn and expand your experience and job opportunities; we are always willing to help the right person learn (and earn) more.... (Servers earn up to $300 a day!)
