The Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) and Department of Budget and Fiscal Services (BFS) are each looking for a very talented person who is able to take care of personnel matters and advise on budget and fiscal matters. Job duties may or may not include the below: Coordinating departmental activities and resolving problems relating to a variety of departmental personnel management services, including recruitment, selection, promotions, transfers, retirement, classification, training, labor relations, and related activities.Gathering, compiling, and preparing detailed reports on departmental expenditures for budgetary projections and the use of facilities and/or services rendered to the general public.Coordinating the preparation of departmental budget and program plans and preparing supporting justification.Assisting with developing, administering, monitoring, and controlling various components of a department’s overall budget.Providing management advisory services pertaining to a variety of different administrative services functions, including personnel management, budget and fiscal administration, organization and management, public relations, property management, and related areas.Apply today!
