The Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Land Division, is seeking a detailed-oriented individual with experience in real property acquisition and/or appraisal to fill a Right-of-Way Agent II position. Under close supervision, you will assist with:
- Acquiring real property and real property interests required for the construction, operation and maintenance of the department's water infrastructure;
- Managing and recommending how to optimally utilize departmental real property and facilities by other utilities, government agencies, private organizations, etc.; and
- Disposing of surplus departmental real property and real property interests.
Special Work Requirements: Moderate walking and hiking over undeveloped lands for purposes of inspecting real property.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from a regionally-accredited four-year college or university with major work in the field of business administration, public administration, economics or a related field.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionally-accredited four-year college/university in the United States. In order to receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
