As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming guests, answering phones, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper repair order documentation.
  • Reviews job status frequently
  • Maintains timely and professional contact with service customers.
  • Maintains an organized and up-to-date repair log.
  • Prepares estimates when required.
  • Reviews hard copies of repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly.
  • Opens and closes repair orders.
  • Schedules maintenance for service department vehicles and equipment.
  • Coordinates with all other departments effectively and consistently about issues and daily operation
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintains a clean work area.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.

  • Automotive Industry Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Well-organized and high level time management skills
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
  • Must be results-driven, highly energized, and customer service oriented
  • Computer savvy and ability to learn quickly
  • Applicants must have a valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
