Job Summary
Careers are brewing at City Brewery: immerse yourself in our growth as a Summer Intern at our Latrobe facility! City’s Internship program will allow students to lead a facility-focused project while collaborating closely with leadership teams across the organization and developing a comprehensive understanding of beverage manufacturing.
In addition to the manufacturing project, the program will also include:
- Networking opportunities with City’s leadership and cross-functional teams
- Exposure and understanding of all production and warehousing functions including: Brewing, Batching, Packaging, Maintenance, Quality, EH&S, and Continuous Improvement
- Assigned mentors and career coaches to assist in development of project plans and goal-setting while providing real-time feedback
- Professional development opportunities through seminars, trainings, and on-the-job work assignments
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a current student seeking a Bachelors Degree
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older by internship start date
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving capabilities and curiosity to learn
- Ability to work onsite in Latrobe, PA or willingness to relocate for the summer
