Key Responsibilities
- Curate and craft a variety of innovative cocktails, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful presentation.
- Demonstrate strong wine knowledge, including varietals, regions, and pairings, to provide informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
- Engage with guests at the full-service bar, offering personalized suggestions for both drinks and menu items, with a focus on hospitality and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the Beverage & Service Manager on new cocktail creations, seasonal updates, and wine selections, contributing creative ideas and expertise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, ensuring efficient service and adherence to high standards of quality.
- Take ownership of the bar as a team, handling side work, restocking supplies, and ensuring all bar areas are prepared for service.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to TABC guidelines, prioritizing guest safety.
- Assist with inventory management, tracking bar sales, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional service in a full-service dining environment, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to meet guest needs.
- Previous experience as a craft cocktail bartender or mixologist in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Excellent wine knowledge, including service standards and the ability to make pairing recommendations.
- TABC certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
