Job Description:
Position: Youth Pastor/Director
Employment: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Compensation: $25/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor/Director to lead our middle and high school ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth ministry and a desire to help students know, grow, and flourish in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Essential Qualifications
- Active, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Must pass a nationwide background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with middle and high school students
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with youth and their families
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous youth ministry experience
- Commitment to ongoing theological education
