Job Description
The Leadership Counselor will oversee the daily operations of the high school leadership program, ensuring that all campers are safely and effectively supervised.
As a key member of our summer staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing weekly program schedules, providing coaching and evaluation to program participants, and collaborating with unit counselors to support leadership program participants.
Qualifications
- 20 years of age or older
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Experience working with youth 6-17 years old
- Additional experience working with high school students
