What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Assistant position at City Church Academy?

Responsibilities: - Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain and update office records and files - Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events - Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills.
