Essential Job Functions :
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions, dispositions) and commercial contracts (vendor, customer, and partnership agreements), ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with legal standards.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks in transactions, providing practical solutions and strategic guidance to internal teams to support business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (real estate, finance, operations) to ensure legal compliance and support business growth initiatives.
- Manage and track commercial and real estate agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and legal developments, advising the company on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
