Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented contracts attorney with over 5 years of experience to join our legal team. This role will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly collaborative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, including distribution agreements, supply agreements, master services agreements, and other legal documents.
• Negotiating contract terms with customers, vendors, and other parties.
• Providing legal advice on contract interpretation and obligations.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks within contractual agreements.
• Resolving any contract-related disputes or issues.
• Conducting legal research to support contract negotiations and development.
• Building strong, effective relationships with the businesses to ensure productive working relationships.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized institution.
• Over 5 years of experience practicing corporate law, commercial contracts, or a similar field, ideally in a firm or in-house environment. Employment law experience a plus.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on various types of contracts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $128,000 - $168,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
