Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and build our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing strategies that drive online engagement, increase brand visibility, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in creating, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies to achieve our business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive website traffic growth and monitor key metrics, such as total website visits, organic traffic, and referral traffic.
- Optimize website conversion rates by analyzing user behavior and implementing effective strategies.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including SEM, display ads, and social media ads, and track performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate.
- Lead email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open rates, click-through rates, and low unsubscribe rates.
- Monitor search engine rankings and oversee SEO efforts, aiming for improved organic keyword rankings and backlink acquisition.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor landing page performance, optimizing conversion rates and reducing bounce rates.
- Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLTV) to ensure efficient marketing spend.
- Develop and manage customer retention strategies, monitoring customer retention rate and implementing initiatives to increase customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy and execution.
- Proven experience in driving website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI through digital marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret and leverage KPIs for decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry is a plus.
