Job Description:
A Biostatistician position is available to work under the leadership of Dr. on genomic pipeline analysis for tumor and corresponding normal sequencing files.
- Utilize statistical techniques for survival analysis to predict prognostic and predictive outcomes.
- Develop logistic regression models and survival analyses, including multivariate Cox proportional hazards models.
- Experience with high performance computing cluster workflow pipeline development is required.
- Refine and deploy machine learning tools using experience in data analysis.
- Interpreting biologic and informatic literature to apply principles and methods to association data for treatment response and clinical utility will facilitate success in this role.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or information management is preferred.
