Banking and Investment Services Division
Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of business management tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, asset management, and BCP
- Work with CRE on occupancy and floor planning
- Coordinate across GRM on cross team requests/deliverables
- Execute Yearly Plan and Forecasting - review, analyze, investigate and define the budget for the organization
- Participate in tracking and follow up of outstanding financial queries
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Ensure consistent execution of Day-to-day Operations and Administrative Functions
- Identify and execute cost savings / efficiencies
- Accountable for and key contact for GRM’s strategic management of current and forecasted corporate real estate (CRE) requirements on a global portfolio basis while working with GRM and functional partners in the region to support this.
- Co-ordinate Enterprise Risk events such as town halls and leadership meetings/events
- Work with Finance and HR to provide management reporting as required to support the HR & Financial impacts for Enterprise Risk (Resources Report, Operating Results and Expense Reports)
- Plan and develop agenda for bi-weekly Enterprise Risk Senior Management Meetings and coordinate action items, including working with subject matter experts for educational presentations.
- Support cost management & optimization initiatives (Technology, Spend, CRE, Telecom)
- Responsible for Spend analysis, process improvements for overall GRM business operations e.g. procurement
- Key contact for BCP activities and approvals to ensure GRM has the appropriate BCP coverage and process for Business Continuity)
- Implement and monitor GRM’s Compliance and privacy programs is implemented as required including monitored employees
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years strategy development, project management, working with senior leaders.

- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent project and program planning and managerial skills are required
- Extensive industry/business knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Must be able to capture and critically evaluate gaps, regulatory requirements and translate into working solutions.
- Must have the ability to speak to all levels of management and colleagues across the organization
- Must be able to get work done through others, influence, and prioritize.
- Ability to set and develop strategic goals and techniques for a program and effectively communicate this to all program team members.
- Proactive work style used to consistently communicate project status, issues and completion plans.
- Strong expertise in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Visio required
- PMP - Project Management Professional - Preferred
- Experience within Enterprise Policy - Preferred
