We are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and marketing strategies across all our brands. This role will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing attendance at our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and social media campaigns for City Nights, ClubX, Ritmo Latino, and 715 Harrison.
- Manage and optimize all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming events and special promotions effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and managing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for nightlife and events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
