The City of Albert Lea has the following seasonal/temporary positions available in our Parks Department

Park Maintenance (17 years or older)

Tree Maintenance (18 years of age or older)

Sports Field Maintenance (18 years of age or older)

Park Maintenance (17 years old or older)

Operate string trimmers and hand push mowers in parks and rights-of-way; empty garbage containers and pick up liter, maintain public buildings, picnic shelters and playground equipment.

Tree Maintenance (18 years old or older)

Assist with tree planting, watering and tree trimming, removal and clean up. Will be expected to work in other maintenance areas as needed.

Sports Field Maintenance (18 years old or older)

Operate tractors, hand tools and other equipment while maintaining and up-keeping softball, baseball, soccer fields and volleyball courts.
