What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Coordinator position at City of Alton?
Under the general supervision of the Community Service Director, Camp Coordinator is responsible for implementing specific programs as assigned. Employee will oversee the operations of the summer camp activities such as field trips, athletic events, art and dance. Employee has the responsibilities for directly assisting and evaluating job performance of one or more employees.
Requirements:
Valid High School diploma required.
Able to communicate English and Spanish fluently.
1 year part time experience in planning, coordinating and implementing recreation and/or educational programs for children 6 to 12 years old. Previous summer camp experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $12.56 per hour
