What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Staff position at City of Alvin?
Job Announcement:
Under general supervision, the purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to potential or existing members. Front desk staff will greet and register member and assist with the check in process. This position may include service or duties different from those performed in the usual course and scope of the job during emergency situations for the benefit of the public. The Front Desk staff is under the direct supervision of the Recreation Coordinator. Front Desk staff will support members with various needs from registration, to amenity check out, and answering Recreation Center phones as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED equivalent or full time HS student.
Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
