What you'll be doing:Supervise a team and guide cross-functional projects, fostering a data-driven culture throughout the city.
Develop and implement robust data quality frameworks, ensuring our data is accurate, reliable, and ready for action.
Manage and maintain our data infrastructure, keeping it secure, efficient, and up-to-date.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create innovative solutions.
Oversee data security and compliance, keeping our information safe and secure.
Turn data into compelling reports and visualizations that inform key decisions.
Provide training and support, helping everyone use data effectively.

About you:
We know your time is valuable. Applicants who meet the following minimum requirements or have comparable experience and/or education will be considered:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field required; supplemented by five years of experience in managing technology development and implementation projects, to include lead or supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with occasional evening or weekend work as needed. This position is a hybrid position and does require the ability to be in the office 3 days a week or more if needed.

Salary : $83,284 - $91,612
