General Description :
The Program Controls Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager with communications, database management and other duties as assigned. This person will work closely with Project Managers and Project Staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assists and supervise performance of project processes and activities for project managers
- Project coordination of core project functions which include scope, cost, time and quality
- Assist with the development of fully baselined, logic-linked project schedules
- Ensure accuracy of project schedules, updates, database entries, and perform version control
- Assist the Project Managers to ensure that projects meet defined project timelines and stay within budget
- Provide support in the monitoring of project schedules, milestone progress and resource allocations
- Support the Program Manager in the development of Work Breakdown Structures
- Consult with Project Managers and technical experts to establish project assignments, tasks and subtasks
- Assist with project status report updates and maintain a history of revisions and document changes
- Assist with proper project closure procedures including securing all required signatures, and ensuring that all interim and final project billing has been completed
- Assist with the production of planning reports to capture Earned Value Management, Estimate To Complete and Estimate At Completion calculations
- Perform coordination of cross-functional processes to monitor action items and ensure completion
