Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience related to the job. Graduate level education may substitute for experience up to two (2) years.

In this role, you will help the Transportation and Public Works Department ( TPW ) complete innovative continuous improvement projects that align to the mission, vision, values, and goals of the department.
As a thought leader, you will foster a culture of innovation by participating in and leading various projects, improvement sessions, after action reviews, and other meetings that result in the development of recommendations and implementation plans that enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the department in achieving its re-accreditation with the American Public Works Association ( APWA ).
This position is part of the Office of Performance Management, a team of internal consultants that deliver strategy, innovation, and data analytics services in TPW .
Additional Information :
This position is considered "essential" to maintain critical operations and core services, including public health, safety and utility services, in the event of an emergency. This means employees in this position will be required to report to work even in the event of bad weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances that necessitate an emergency closure of City operations.
