Do you have a background in science? Are you excited about working in the field and gaining new skills? The City of Bothell is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Surface Water Intern!
Note: This internship is a Temporary Full-Time position. The anticipated end date for this position will be four (4) full months from hire. This position will start in June 2025. This is also a non-represented and non-benefited position.
What will you do in this position?
- Work on uneven ground and around streams.
- Be able to work with technology and scientific equipment.
- Be okay getting wet and dirty!
A successful candidate in this position will:
- Work independently and collaborate as a team.
- Take responsibility for accomplishing goals and achieving quality results.
- Maintain perspective when assessing qualitative and quantitative information.
- Effectively evaluate and prioritize various tasks, projects, and demands.
- Ensure clear and efficient communication of information and ideas through diverse communication channels.
