DEFINITION
Responsibly perform the daily operations of the concession stand, including, but not limited to: customer service, product ordering and inventory, menu development, daily deposits and reports, cost control, employee training and scheduling, and facility maintenance. Must be available to work evenings, holidays and weekends as required from approximately May 10th through Sept. 10th. Must possess excellent customer service skills and promote positive customer service practices at all times, which support the City of Brighton's Mission and Values.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Receives direction from. The Concession Manager supervises the Assistant Concession Manager and various concessions staff.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Knowledge of:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred. Must have prior cash handling experience, with at least one (1) year of food service supervisory experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

- Hires, trains, schedules and supervises concession staff.
- Takes weekly physical inventory of food, beverage, paper goods and custodial supplies.
- Oversees food and beverage for birthday parties and group events, and assists with the marketing and promotion of these events.
- Establishes and monitor the concessions budget.
- Performs other duties as required.
Knowledge of:
- Advanced computer applications, with experience using POS or RecTrac system (RecTrac preferred).
- Use various kitchen and restaurant equipment and supplies.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and promote positive customer service practices at all times.
- Reconcile daily cash deposits; budget for, order, and inventory supplies.
