Under general supervision, oversees a variety of initiatives and functions, ensuring that human resources programs support, and are in alignment with, the long-term goals of the department.
- Provides analysis, design, development and implementation of various human resource programs; identifies and supports program improvement opportunities; creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performs routine maintenance to support employees who utilize internal products and processes.
- Manages human resource-related special projects which may include conducting research, analyzing data and presenting findings.
- Oversees human resource programing logistics and leads system migration and implementations; prepares and distributes related program materials.
- Provides input in developing and evaluating human resource program policies and procedures; evaluates and recommends changes to programs.
- Designs and delivers scorecards, dashboards and/or reports on the business performance and effectiveness of human resource projects and programing.
- Gathers and reviews data in assigned areas; reports on human resource trends and makes project/program suggestions in alignment with the department’s goals.
- Designs, coordinates and performs audits of key human resource programs to ensure data and process integrity; manages the resolutions of identified issues and monitors/measures resolution effectiveness to ensure improvements are maintained.
- Serves as department liaison with Information Technologies to ensure that technology and resources support the programming efforts of the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
