Duties
Under general direction of Finance Director/ designee, and City Council, performs various fiduciary duties related to the administration of City Council and City legislative functions, such as attending Council
meetings, taking notes, preparing minutes, preparing legislation and
notices, certifying City records etc.
Qualifications
High school or GED equivalent coursework in business/secretarial
services, records management, typing, computer operation, office
practices and procedures preferred; or equivalent combination of
Education, Training, And Experience Necessary To Perform Essential
functions of position. Preference for candidate with the minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Administration with a Management Major, or Associates of Applied Science in Public Administration, or a Public
Administrative Certificate of Proficiency of Municipal Clerk Certification.
Salary range: $45,000 - $80,000
