Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of Fire Service experience, to include duties such as critical writing, time management, investigations, and data analysis.
- Assists staff in the processing and interpretation of documents for accreditation. Assists with monitoring, evaluating, suggesting and implementing needed changes and continuous quality improvement to develop, write, revise and maintain the Department's catalog of policies and forms to meet accreditation standards; maintains accreditation files; and conducts regular reviews of policies and procedures to meet all Commission on Accreditation requirements.
- Assists staff in the processing and interpretation of documentation for the Insurance Service Office (ISO). Assembles, compiles, compares, and analyzes collected information to maintain or improve the current ISO grade

- General Plan – Less than 20 years of credited service = 2.5%; 20 or more years of credited service = 2.6% for 1st 20 years and 2.75% each year over 20
