Job Title: Guest Experience Agent

About the Role:
This is a seasonal position, scheduled to begin in May 2025, at the Lagoon. The purpose of this role is to provide for the safety of all patrons utilizing the pool facility and deliver premier customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide premier customer service to internal and external customers by educating customers, responding to requests, and maintaining a safe and clean pool environment.
• Monitor patrons entering or exiting the facility.
• Perform cashier duties, including sales, accounting, data entry, collecting admission, rentals, program registrations, and running opening & closing reports.
• Prepare, clean, and provide for all usage of rentable spaces.
• Assist in keeping an orderly cashier's area and office, and maintain the entire facility as needed.
• Participate in cleaning pools, pool equipment, pool decks, and bathhouse restrooms and locker rooms.
• Assist at programs, rentals, and special events as needed.
• Support emergency actions as required.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries regarding rentals, programs, special events, and facility operations.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old (or will be by May 2025).
• Related cash handling experience preferred.
• A current American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid certification is required.
• Pass a pre-employment skills test and written exam for money handling.

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary, seasonal position, working approximately 20 hours a week during summer months, including early mornings, days, nights, and weekend shifts.
