Under supervision, performs a variety of public contact services involving the collection of fees at entry gate and other administrative tasks in support of park visitors and staff. Reports to a Parks & Recreation Supervisor.This is a temporary part time position that will be required to work weekends and holidays. The position will run from May 17, 2025 through September 1, 2025.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSGreets visitors; opens up the kiosk for daily operationResponsible for daily pickup and/or deposit of fundsCollects parks feesProvides accurate changeIssues receiptsAccurately maintains deposit logs and accounts for all revenue collecting during the shiftResponds to visitors questions and assists park usersConveys park rules and regulationsCommunicates with staff and public safety officials during emergency situationsConducts litter pick up at gate areaReports public hazardsperforms related duties as assigned
