QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.THIS IS A PART-TIME 15-25 HOUR PER WEEK POSITION

- Exhibits a service orientation toward customers and maintains productive working relationships
- Participates in the accomplishment of organizational, departmental, and workgroup goals and objectives
- Provides customer service support to internal and external customers;
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence to provide assistance or direct to the appropriate area;
- Assists customers with memberships, program registrations, rentals, and taking payments;
- Responds to customer inquiries and assists in the resolution of problems;
- Responds to internal requests for information and assistance, and provides information regarding applicable rules, policies, and regulations;
- Maintains regular attendance and punctuality
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level
QUALIFICATIONS:
