- Plan and deliver age-appropriate golf lessons and activities for junior participants.
- Focus on teaching fundamental golf skills, including grip, stance, swing mechanics, and putting techniques.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children of varying skill levels.
- Safely transport participants to and from the golf facility using provided transportation.
- Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding transportation schedules and procedures.
- Supervise junior participants during golf instruction sessions and transportation. Implement safety measures and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of participants.
- Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere among participants.
- Organize and maintain golf equipment, ensuring it is in good condition.
- Distribute and collect equipment for each session, tracking inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to plan and coordinate daily activities.
- Address any concerns or inquiries from parents or community partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Assess participants' golf skills and progress, providing constructive feedback.

- Ensure the smooth execution of events, including set-up, supervision, and cleanup.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the program through regular assessments.
