What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Instructor position at City of College Station?
- Plan and teach basic, intermediate, and advanced tennis lessons according to program guidelines for the National Junior Tennis League program.
- Provide input on ways to improve and expand the program.
- Fill out appropriate paperwork for each class (course records, cards, checklists, attendance records and certificates) and submit them in a timely manner.
- Assist in rescues and give emergency care to victims as needed.
- Enforce all tennis rules and regulations and maintain the facility in an orderly condition.
- Attend required training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
Experience in teaching tennis lessons. Must be enthusiastic, motivating, punctual, dependable, reliable, reliable, safety conscious, responsible, competent and mature enough to lead a class effectively. Must enjoy working with children and display excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate tact, diplomacy and good public relation skills at all times.
