Sport Site Supervisor (PT Sport Site Supervisor) - (Seasonal Position)
About the Job: In this position, you will perform a variety of tasks facilitating youth and adult sports leagues.
Job Type: Seasonal
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 7am-11pm up to 40 hours per week
Work Location: 1315 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Colorado Springs, CO
This is a seasonal (at-will) position with benefits limited to those required by applicable state and federal laws, which include Worker's Compensation, Medicare, Unemployment Insurance, and PERA (Public Employees' Retirement Association). Scheduled hours will vary based on department needs. Total hours worked will not exceed 1,500 annually or exceed a 6 month duration.
Approximate dates of employment will fall within one of the following time frames:
March - September
April - October
May- November
July - January 2026
As a Seasonal Sport Site Supervisor, you will:
- Set up and take down sports fields and/or facilities
- Coordinate assignments for officials
- Track scores and standings for leagues
- File reports of game situations; keep records throughout the season
- Communicate information between the sports office and on-site team locations
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of parks and recreation rules
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Excellent organizational skills
- General knowledge of various sports
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience playing or coaching sports
Salary : $15 - $19
