Job Description Summary

The purpose of this job is to oversee inventory operations, including stock requisition and distribution, inventory control, and purchasing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. • Supports internal staff with materials and tasks.
• Creates requisitions and purchase orders, collects and processes invoices, and receives and delivers goods.
• Serves as primary point of contact for equipment orders and external vendors.
• Manages stock to verify accuracy.
• Performs accurate physical inventory audits and spot checks.
• Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
