DESCRIPTION
The City of Corona has an exciting opportunity to join our Information Technology Department as a ERP Administrator. This is limited term position . The ERP Administrator will lead improvement projects related to the organizations' enterprise resource planning systems, with focus on system implementation, researching and troubleshooting day-to-day issues with these systems and serve as the point of escalation for problems that may arise. Works closely with various business units, and coordinates with technology vendors.
Knowledge & Education
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Full understanding and knowledge of ERP solutions.
- General computer network operating systems and architecture.
- Experience with the use, development, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of API integrations between third party systems and the ERP.
- Standard Query Language (SQL) and database management and reporting tools.
- Techniques and procedures for business and technical systems, including systems analysis and design principles and systems development methodologies.

The Organization
The City of Corona is a General Law city operating under a Council-Manager form of government. Policymaking and legislative authority is vested in the City Council, consisting of a Mayor and four Council Members. Members of the City Council are elected by District to a four-year term. The Mayor is selected by the Council and serves as the presiding officer for one year.
The City is organized into the following departments / organizational units : Community Services, City Manager's Office, Economic Development, Finance, Fire, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal and Risk Management, Police, Planning & Development, Public Works and Utilities. Oversight of these departments is divided between the City Manager and two Assistant City Managers.
