What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Pool Manager position at City of Crystal?
Acts as Pool Manager in the absence of the Manager. Assists in setting up and enforcing staff policies, safety rules, regulations, and staff scheduling. Works with development of staff training, evaluation and performance reviews of staff. Responsible for keeping records of all water samples and pool data, as well as safety inspections of the pool facilities and equipment. Recommend maintenance and chemical re-ordering based on these inspections. $23.00 - $23.50/hr.Assist in scheduling.

Maintains sanitation of pool and pool area working with Public Works.
Supervise part-time employees.
Monitor patrons of the pool to ensure a safe, positive and enjoyable enviroment.
Minimum age 21.
American Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard, and Water Safety Instructor.
Prefer Management experience.
Willingness to take initiative, and act in a decisive manner using good judgment. Must be able to assess problems and situations, anticipate needs and evaluate alternatives as needed. Able to work independently, and work in a safe manner. Must be able to read and understand directions.
